Aspire India Inc (DBA Lend A Hand India)

From New York to Pune: A Global Mission
Lend A Hand India was founded in 2003 by young professionals in New York City with a singular vision: to ensure that every young person in India graduates with the practical skills needed to secure a job or start a business.
While India’s education system produces millions of graduates, a significant “skills gap” leaves many unemployable. We are changing that narrative. By integrating vocational training directly into mainstream secondary schools (Grades 9-12), we don’t just teach students; we transform the system itself.
As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Aspire India Inc. (DBA Lend A Hand India) drives the resources, strategy, and global awareness needed to fuel this systemic change on the ground.
