Junior Fellowship

Lend-A-Hand India in 2012 launched Junior Fellowship program (LAHI-JRF) for youth. The fellowship offers unique opportunity to learn job and life skills through practicals. The duration of the fellowship is six months at the end of which the candidates complete three month internship for on the job training. The unique features of JRF program are ongoing mentoring for a period of one year, assistance in continuing higher education, emphasis on communication and personality development, self-study, and ongoing feedback.  At the end of the six months training and three month internship candidates are eligible to obtain associate, analysist, market research level jobs.
